Campaign Update

Dear Friends and Neighbors:

Our town election is barely five weeks away! As you know, I’m running for School Committee. While the race is uncontested, I’m still excited to get out there and meet as many people as possible to share my vision for our school system and listen to your ideas and concerns. I’ve met many of you already: caring, thoughtful Lexingtonians who understand that tackling the issues of overcrowding, inclusion, and reducing student stress (to name just a few topics) is important to the continued success of our schools. I invite you to join me at one or more of my upcoming events to learn more:

  • Friday 2/1 - 7:00-8:30pm Candidate Meet & Greet at 24 Hillcrest Avenue, Lexington

  • Saturday 2/2 - 9:00-10:00am Chat with Scott at Peet’s Coffee 1749 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington

  • Tuesday 2/5 - 9:00-10:00am   Chat with Scott at Panera 1684 Massachusetts Avenue, Lexington

  • Tuesday 2/5 - 10:00am - 12:00pm Candidate Coffee hosted by Suzanne Cherenson & Alix Fox Address available upon RSVP

To those of you who've already volunteered, thank you for your hard work! Interested in volunteering? There are lots of ways to get involved and support the campaign! Please click here see how you can help:

  • Hold a sign before or on election day

  • Post a lawn sign in your yard

  • Host a candidate coffee or meet & greet

  • Get the word out about me to your friends and neighbors - encourage them to vote

  • Endorse me by writing a letter to the Lexington Minuteman.

Even uncontested campaigns are expensive, so a great way you can help is by making a donation if you haven't already - every little bit helps.  To give, click here. I am truly excited to begin working for you as a School Committee member.  I’m listening to each of you. Thank you so much for your support!

Vote Scott for Schools on Monday, March 4th!
